Assessment Details
$13.00Property owners and businesses may require information on Calgary properties they don’t own. The City offers fee-for-service access to up-to-date assessment property information contained in the Assessment Details Report for a variety of purposes that may include completing real estate transactions, determining property value, and confirming asset worth. The Assessment Details Report has up-to-date assessment information such as: current year assessment, property type, property details, property use, and assessment class. The Report also details applicable site influences (e.g. corner lot, odd shape) and features (e.g. fireplace, deck, walkout basement).
Basic Site Information (with MapView)
$16.50This report can be useful for law firms, realtors, appraisers, insurance companies, and contractors. Key fields include title number, legal description, and LINC (Land Identification Numeric Code) number. It includes registration date, declared value (how much was paid for a property), and site information such as parcel status, community, and land use designation. It specifies whether development and building permits exist and offers current assessment value and tax levies. You may search for property information by parcel address, legal description, or roll number. You will be prompted for this information after adding it to your cart. The report also includes a MapView property map. A MapView property map is NOT a substitute for a Real Property Report, nor can it be used as part of a building or development permit submission.
Building Permit Status
$14.00This report provides information on historical, current and pending Building Permits pertaining to the property including: # of dwellings, estimated value, type, application date, contractor, building use, and description. No property ownership information is provided in this report per the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
Development Permit Status
$19.00This report provides information on historical, current and pending Development Permits pertaining to the property including: building address, permit status, applicant, application date, land use description at time of application, proposed land use description, decision, decision date, decision by, release date, DCP #, securities, expiry of temporary approval, revised plan, must commence by, and cancellation date. Also included is the following appeal information: appeal #, hearing date, and appeal decision. No property ownership information is provided in this report per the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
EnviroSite
$125.00This is a property report showing a historical list of commercial and industrial users occupying a site, including the years of operation and the types of use. The report also provides the titles and author/publisher of any environmental assessment reports that have been written and submitted to The City of Calgary. Included with the searched address is the same information for adjacent properties, within 100 metres of the site. If petroleum tanks had been used on the primary site prior to 1996, the report will confirm the number of known tanks. The report is a compilation of known information from The City of Calgary Climate & Environment business unit. It is not a complete Environmental Site Assessment and does not replace the services provided by a qualified Environmental Consultant. EnviroSite provides a starting point for collecting and investigating the environmental state of a property.
MapView
$4.50MapView gives you a complete perspective of a Calgary property and its adjoining features. It’s a JPG map of property characteristics and layout that displays features including lot number (MAY also include plan and block information depending on the individual parcel displayed), parcel shape, building roof outlines, easements, utility rights of way, streetlights, bus stops, and fire hydrants. The map can be printed or saved as a graphic file in information packages to potential buyers. You may search for property information by parcel address, legal description, or roll number. MapView property map is NOT a substitute for a Real Property Report, nor can it be used as part of a building or development permit submission.

It provides information that can be used to search Alberta Land Titles, something not provided by the Property Assessment (FairShare) web site. Property Tax Certificate Request by Email
$52.00This report provides a property tax certificate via e-mail, usually within 1-2 business days. An email address is required to receive the Property Tax Certificate. The Certificate includes the Legal Description, Short Legal, LINC Number, Title Number, Location Address, Roll Number, and Current Year Tax Levy. Additionally, as required under section 350 of the Municipal Government Act, the tax certificate includes the Current Year Tax Amounts, Prior Year Arrears, and Account Balance.
Property Tax Information

Parcel Status is included, along with current assessment value, tax levies, and account balance owing. This report will show whether a property owner pays taxes through TIPP (Tax Instalment Payment Plan) and include taxable local improvement information. No property ownership information is provided in this report per the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
Property Tax Statement of Account
$23.00This report includes the following:<br><br><li>1) Location Address.</li><li>2) Legal Description.</li><li>3) LINC Number.</li><li>4) Title Number.</li><li>5) Roll Number.</li><li>6) Account Tax Breakdown (Current Year and Arrears).</li><li>7) Last Assessed Value (Annual or Supplementary).</li><li>8) Recent property tax account transactions. This will include Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) transactions if the account is enrolled in TIPP.</li><li> 9) Local Improvement Area charges, sundry charges (garbage, fence, snow, etc…), and any other applicable charges specific to the account. These will be displayed in the transaction information.</li><li>10) The issuance of Tax Certificates for the account. This will be displayed in the transaction information.</li><br>After an order has been submitted, the request cannot be cancelled, and the funds will be charged against the City Online account.
