Property Tax Certificate Request by Email

This report provides a property tax certificate via e-mail, usually within 1-2 business days. An email address is required to receive the Property Tax Certificate. The Certificate includes the Legal Description, Short Legal, LINC Number, Title Number, Location Address, Roll Number, and Current Year Tax Levy. Additionally, as required under section 350 of the Municipal Government Act, the tax certificate includes the Current Year Tax Amounts, Prior Year Arrears, and Account Balance.
