This report includes title number, legal description, and LINC (Land Identification Numeric Code) number. Parcel Status is included, along with current assessment value, tax levies, and account balance owing. This report will show whether a property owner pays taxes through TIPP (Tax Instalment Payment Plan) and include taxable local improvement information. No property ownership information is provided in this report per the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
